1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using QAgent ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QAgent is an automated quality-testing, hallucination detection, and evaluation platform for artificial intelligence agents and conversational workflows. We provide testing harnesses, scoring algorithms, and analytics dashboards to benchmark agent accuracy against user-defined ground truth policies.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access core features of QAgent, you must authenticate via Google OAuth or designated login providers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using QAgent, you agree that you will not:

Use the Service to reverse engineer, disrupt, or launch denial-of-service attacks against third-party endpoints.
Input malicious code, prompt injections designed to exploit our infrastructure, or illegal materials.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, evaluation quotas, or tamper with Razorpay billing mechanisms.
Resell or redistribute QAgent evaluation services without prior written commercial authorization.

5. Subscriptions, Fees & Billing

QAgent offers both free and paid subscription plans (such as the Solo Tier at ₹2,499/month). Billing is processed via Razorpay or authorized payment processors. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

6. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all test cases, prompt instructions, ground truth policies, and agent endpoints you input into QAgent. We do not use your private test cases to train public generative foundation models.

Our Technology: QAgent, its scoring methodologies, Minority Veto systems, user interface designs, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of QAgent Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

QAgent provides evaluative benchmarks and automated quality scoring on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our evaluation models strive for maximum calibration, AI evaluation is probabilistic. In no event shall QAgent be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from agent responses deployed into live production.

8. Termination & Contact
