At QAgent, we take data privacy and security seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines what data we collect when you use our automated AI quality assurance platform, how that information is utilized, and the controls you have over your data.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When signing in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile avatar provided by Google authentication scopes.
Agent Configurations & Test Cases: Webhook endpoint URLs, authentication headers, system instructions, ground truth business policies, test prompts, and expected behavior rubrics.
Evaluation Logs & Metrics: Test execution history, agent response latency, pass/fail status, and LLM judge scoring findings.
Payment & Billing Data: Transaction identifiers, subscription status, and payment receipts processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store full credit card numbers or banking PINs on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to:

Send HTTP evaluation requests to your designated AI agent endpoint.
Execute single-pass judge models (Groq LPUs) against your ground truth rubrics.
Store your test run history and show score comparisons in your dashboard.
Manage your monthly evaluation quota and handle subscription renewals.

🔒 We never sell, rent, or monetize your private test data, agent prompts, or customer conversations.

4. Data Security & Storage

Your agent configurations and evaluation logs are stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases managed by Supabase, protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies tied to your verified user identifier. Data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers to deliver QAgent:

Supabase: Authentication, user session management, and encrypted database storage.
Groq: High-speed low-latency LPU inference for automated evaluation scoring.
Razorpay: Payment processing and subscription lifecycle management.
Vercel & Render: Cloud application hosting and edge delivery.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your agents, test cases, and evaluation history at any time. To request a complete account and data wipe, email our data privacy team at qagenttesting@gmail.com.
